30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging, unused and in new condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at Tech Repairs. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please make sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the product.
Shipping Charges
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Products
If you received a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. We will cover the cost of shipping for defective products and will provide a full refund or exchange once we receive the defective product.
